Family owned and operated since 1982. Dave Fetterly was one of the founding owners of Metro Specialties Inc. (formerly F&F Specialties). Bobby Ross is Dave's partner in the business and they have a combined total of 30+ years in the corrugated paper industry. The business started 18 years ago in Dave's backyard machine shop with 2 employees and now has 3 locations in Michigan with over 100+ employees running 2-3 shifts per location. Pat Fetterly is Customer Service Manager with 9+ years with Metro Specialties. Dave Cady, Controller, joined Metro last year. Several employees have over 10+ years work experience with Metro Specialties.

Metro Specialties hasn't forgotten it's roots. People are what make the difference regardless of what product you service or sell. Dave Fetterly, President Dave is one of the founding owners of Metro Specialties Inc.(formerly F&F Specialties). He started Metro back in 1982 in his backyard machine shop with 2 employees. The organization now has 3 locations and 100+ personnel on staff. Dave implemented the highly regarded ISO 9002 program at Metro for safety and quality assurance reasons. Dave is active in the community of Monroe, being a member of the Monroe Chamber of Commerce, member of the Monroe Policemen's Golf League and member of the Monroe Boat Club.

Pat Fetterly, Customer Service Manager Pat brings 30+ year of business and management experience to Metro Specialties Inc. He's been on board for over 10 years, previous positions include: Purchasing Manager, Plant Manager and Shift Supervisor. His dedication and work ethic are unsurpassed. Dave Cady, Controller Dave joined Metro Specialties in 1999. He has 25+ years accounting, purchasing and inventory experience in the paper industry. Dave's former experience from Union Camp, Continental Can, Stone Container and others has given him the solid experience to manage the major financial aspects of Metro Specialties Inc.
